Owner/President

Mary began her journey with MCI in 2005 in the scheduling department. In 2017 she took over as sole owner. Her background includes customer service relations and Escrow Processor. While she oversees all aspects of the company, her focus is client and accounting operations as well as business development.

Angela Valentine

Business Operations Manager

Angela has worked with MCI in many capacities since 2007. Having been a client and contract closer, she joined the MCI staff in 2020. Her well-rounded experience as Mortgage Processor, Chief Escrow Officer and Contract Closer allows her to proactively serve our clients and vendors. Her focus is on overall business operations, including process & product development and RON implementation. Angela also provides notary coaching and support.

Bookkeeper

Joy joined the MCI team in 2022. She brings many years of experience in office administration, logistics and billing. Joy maintains all aspects of accounting including AR/AP, payroll and vendor payments.

Scheduling Manager

A retired co-owner, she rejoined the MCI team in 2020 as Scheduling Manager. Heather comes from a Title family, and her long history with MCI allows her to relate to our clients and support their needs. Heather oversees scheduling operations and focuses on client retention and resolutions.

Kaitlynne has been with MCI since 2020. Her experience in data entry and scheduling makes her an integral part of our scheduling team. She focuses on order entry, scheduling and assists with system operations and product management.
