Mary Kobylczak
Owner/President
Mary began her journey with MCI in 2005, starting in the scheduling department, and became the sole owner in 2017. With a background in Escrow, Mary combines industry expertise with a deep passion for delivering exceptional service. Her leadership is grounded in a service-first mindset, always prioritizing the needs of clients and fostering lasting relationships.
As the owner of MCI, Mary oversees all aspects of the company, including business development. Her commitment to excellence drives the company's growth and ensures that MCI continues to provide seamless, high-quality service. With a heart for service, Mary is dedicated to cultivating a positive and supportive environment for both clients and employees, ensuring MCI remains a trusted partner in the industry.

Angela Valentine
Business Operations Manager
Angela has been with MCI in various capacities since 2007, joining the team full-time in 2020 after years as a client and contract closer. With experience as a Mortgage Processor, Chief Escrow Officer, and Contract Closer, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a proactive approach to serving clients and vendors. As Business Operations Manager, Angela oversees the overall operations of MCI, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and aligns with our long-term goals. She is responsible for streamlining processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the development of new products and services that enhance the client experience. She works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth, secure signings while also providing notary coaching and support to help others excel in their roles.

Joy Hofert
Bookkeeper
Joy joined the MCI team in 2022, bringing with her many years of experience in office administration, logistics, and billing. In her role, she oversees all aspects of accounting, ensuring that the financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP), processing payroll, and handling vendor payments, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Heather Norton
Scheduling Manager
Heather, a retired co-owner, rejoined the MCI team in 2020 as Scheduling Manager. Coming from a Title family and having a long history with MCI, Heather has a deep understanding of the industry and a unique ability to connect with clients, making it easy for her to support their needs effectively. In her role, she manages the scheduling team and oversees operations for the department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Heather is dedicated to client and vendor retention, building lasting relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise. With her wealth of experience and commitment to excellence, she plays a key role in maintaining MCI’s reputation for exceptional service.

Kendall Friend
Scheduling Coordinator
Kendall joined MCI as a Scheduling Coordinator in 2025, bringing focus and energy to managing orders, responding to inquiries, and staying closely connected with our clients and closing professionals. She lives our core values every day—service first, deliver every time, sell calm, stay humble and confident, and have fun while doing it!
